BOARD MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES: Murco Services supply, calibrate and service Near Infrared Transmitters (NIR)  for on-line monitoring of Moisture, Resin and Wax. Laser and X-Ray technology is used to supply a range of on-line Thickness and Density Controllers. Bench Top equipment suitable for Laboratory use, is also supplied for these requirements.

NIR Moisture and Fat monitoring is supplied to the FOOD and SNACK Industries, such as Crisp Manufacturers, Biscuit Manufactures, the Dairy industry and the Tobacco Industry.

MURCO SERVICES supply, calibrate and service GIMAT  for on-line continuous monitoring of wastewater or effluent in Industrial plants. This equipment includes analysers for BOD, TOC, COD, Ammonia, pH, Conductivity, Temperature, Colour and Turbidity. The equipment is unique as it is designed for servicing by any waste water plant operator. For example the pipe work is all normal 30 mm or 50 mm PVC piping, with standard coupling, totally suited to wastewater or storm water, and not fine tubing or small diameter feed hoses, capable of blocking or needing fine filtration or clean feed water.

Murco Services are also the service agents for Aquaskan in Ireland.  Customers include industries such as Irish Distillers and Dynea Ireland.
